I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. I graduated from the University of Mississippi with a BA in Classical Civilization and graduated from the University of Texas Law School in Austin.
I started writing fiction when I was in college and but it wasn’t until my experience with the federal criminal “justice” system that I started taking it seriously.
I am married to Lourdes Wright and we live on the Gulf Coast with our dog Dexter.
